I turned on NHL Center Ice earlier tonight only to realize the Hockey Gods were not being very nice to the Bruins. So I turned it right off.
Ottawa won. The Rangers won and clinched. Washington won.
And now....
(You might want to pretend the Capitals and Bruins are flipped around since the Capitals have more wins than the Bruins. I'm confused about it, but see my comment here for a little more detail on what could happen tomorrow.)
I'm starting to get a little worried.
Actually, I've been worried for the past week or so, but I can't even look at the Eastern Conference standings without getting nauseous now.
The last two games of the season might be the biggest.

I suspect the B's will face some flat Sens tonight (after a 8-2 win in Toronto). Alfredsson is out same as Fisher.
Sabres are now out of the race. They hit the wall yesterday in Montreal so hopefully they won't be strong opponents at the Garden on Saturday.
I prefer to face the Sens (no such emotion) and the Sabres (out) than the Devils (looking for ice advantage) and the Pens (also looking for ice advantage until the end. So the Flyers are really in a dangerous position (and they're one point behind the B's).
Usually I'm not that confident (typical B's fan) but this time I am.
Go Bruins Go !!
