Who's Hot: Phil Kessel has six goals in seven games. He didn't score last game, but is an early consideration for the Rocket Richard trophy.
Who's Not: Stephane Yelle and Vladimir Sobotka. While both players are valuable in other areas of the game, both have yet to record a point this season.
Injuries: Chuck Kobasew, fractured fibula, out indefinitely but skated this morning.
Fun Facts: The Bruins and Thrashers have combined for three shutouts in their lifetime series, two by Boston and one by Atlanta. All three shutouts were in Atlanta... The Bruins and Thrashers have played eight overtime games in their lifetime series, with seven games taking place in Boston.
Family Ties: Mark Stuart's bother Colin plays in the Atlanta organization. Both Mark and Colin scored goals in a game between the Bruins and Thrashers last season on December 31.

The Bruins are finishing up their brief homestand tonight. Next week, they finish playing the Northwest Division when they visit Edmonton, Vancouver and Calgary.
