Bruins trail series after OT

Bruins forced the game to overtime tonight after Mark Recchi scored his first of the playoffs. The Hurricanes scored two goals in 1:09 in the second period to get the lead. Sergei Samsonov had the go-ahead goal. Milan Lucic scored in the first period.

Andrew Ference won't be returning to the game due to some kind of injury.

Overtime certainly didn't last long as Jussi Jokinen scored to win it for the Hurricanes.

Bruins now trail the series 2-1. Bruins need to win on Friday in a bad way.

If Ference can't play, Shane Hnidy should make his way into the line-up.

The final of tonight's game was 3-2.
