The Bruins are in Los Angeles tonight to play the Kings tonight at 10:30. I had a great preview in mind last night, but now I don't have the time to write it or give it the attention it needs. I'm still feeling under the weather (my nose seems to run anytime I look down), and have to work tonight, so my time is limited right now.
And they're off...
Manny Fernandez gets the start in goal tonight. Marc Savard is a game-time decision. Bobby Allen is out back spasms. Milan Lucic is moving to the Phil Kessel and David Krejci line (which is good because the line of Kessel, Krejci and P.J. Axelsson has been out there for the majority of goals against at even-strength).
More can be found here, but I summed it up pretty nicely.
I know nothing about the Kings' line-up, so I apologize for that.
I'm going to try to check in at some point by the start of the Bruins game, and then try to live-blog from whatever time I get home to the end of the game.
In the meantime, please take a chance at the trivia. It really is interesting how many former Bruins are in the Kings' organization. And you get bragging rights if you are right and can name them all.
